Full insurance with workers' comp. Emergency and same-day service. We answer at 2 AM.
ESP builds custom staging, scenery, and brand activations for F1 week in Las Vegas. Race-week custom builds book up by late summer, so start the conversation early.
What we build
Ten services, one in-house shop, one W-2 crew. Take the one you need, or hand us the whole event.
ADA Ramps standard on staging builds, not an upcharge.
Stage rentals, custom staging, and pipe and drape for events across Las Vegas, from ballroom risers to multi-level concert decks. Every build starts as a 3D rendering, gets fabricated in our own shop, and goes up with our W-2 crew, with ADA ramps standard. Planning from out of town? Send the date, venue, and headcount, and your staging is handled before you land.
2–3 days Booth renderings in 2 to 3 business days.
ESP designs and builds custom trade show booths for Las Vegas conventions, from compact 10x10 footprints to fully custom island exhibits, all fabricated in our own shop. The crew that built your booth installs it, staffs the show floor, and strikes it. Booth renderings arrive in 2 to 3 business days with a revision round included. Exhibitors fly in for the show. We're already here.
1,000+ events completed at the city's top venues.
Corporate event production under one contract: staging, scenery, lighting, AV, and crew, concept through teardown, with one point of contact. Galas, product launches, sales conferences, award shows, and private events across the valley. A supervisor runs every call, so the venue stays protected and the timeline holds. After 20+ years on the Strip we know the docks, the load-in routes, and the freight elevators your run of show depends on.
Need just one piece? Staging · Backdrops · Crew each stand alone.
24/7 support. We answer at 2 AM.
We design the lighting and video system, spec the gear, rig it, and run it alongside the same crew that builds the stage. Because the set piece and the screen inside it are planned together from day one, they go up together, with no finger-pointing between vendors when load-in compresses. Video walls for trade show booths and corporate general sessions are a specialty. Emergency swaps and same-day support included.
100 lbs Pool decks engineered to 100 lbs per square foot.
Pool staging covers a resort pool with an engineered deck, turning open water into a dance floor, stage, or runway. It's one of the hardest builds in event production and one of ESP's signatures: we've installed pool deck stages at the highest-profile Strip properties, and we keep getting invited back. Decks are engineered to 100 pounds per square foot and installed and struck on the property's schedule. The same build covers a spa, Jacuzzi or hot tub.
2–4 wks Custom fabrication in 2 to 4 weeks standard, rush available.
ESP fabricates custom event scenery for Las Vegas shows in its own shop: CNC machines, laser engravers, and a full carpentry line. Foam props, dimensional letters, 3D logos, stage facades, and custom DJ booths that get photographed as much as the DJ. From rendering to finished piece, everything stays under our roof. Standard custom fabrication runs 2 to 4 weeks, with rush capability when the show can't move. Bring a sketch, a logo, or a napkin drawing.
8x10–8x20 Standard sizes 8x10 to 8x20 ft, custom dimensions available.
We design, print, and install custom step and repeat backdrops for Las Vegas events: red carpet setups, branded photo walls, and backdrops for product launches, galas, and corporate branding. Built in-house and installed straight and seam-free so every photo survives the zoom. Standard sizes run 8x10 through 8x20 feet, with custom dimensions and lighting packages available. Backdrops pair with pipe and drape when the whole room needs dressing, from the same crew.
100% W-2 crew, a supervisor on every job.
Every crew member is a W-2 employee: background-checked, OSHA-certified, and professionally trained. Not day labor, not 1099 contractors. ESP provides event staffing in Las Vegas for load-ins, load-outs, and show calls: stagehands, carpenters, lighting and audio crew, loaders, decorators, and event supervisors. Book crew on its own or as part of a full production. A supervisor runs every call, and ESP is fully insured, so the venue's property is covered.
Same-day emergency production, 24/7.
After-party production for Las Vegas concerts, galas, award shows, and VIP events: staging, scenery, lighting, and crew, concept to teardown. The after-party gets planned last and built fastest, which is the timeline ESP was built for. Same-day emergency production when the headliner adds a set, and a crew that picks up at 2 AM. Pool decks, custom DJ booths, photo walls, and video walls all come from the same shop, so four vendors become one call.
1 crew Same W-2 crew and in-house shop, applied to weddings.
We're not a wedding planner. We're the crew planners call when a ceremony needs custom staging, a reception needs a scenic backdrop, or a pool deck needs to become a dance floor. Ceremony stages, reception backdrops, step-and-repeats, pool staging, custom archways, and dimensional monograms, from the same W-2 crew and in-house fabrication shop we bring to Las Vegas resorts every week.
